Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park

visited 16 July 2022

Halfway along the fifty-mile length of Lake Chelan, the roads end and the lake continues undeveloped. Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park is situated right at the end of the road and offers beaches, camping, and a marina with access to the lake.

This park has been through some things, but has survived and regrown nicely.

A marina on Lake Chelan with wooden and aluminum docks, a couple of motorboats and a yellow inflatable moored under a bright blue sky, backed by rugged, sparsely forested brown mountains.
A rocky, tree-lined shoreline juts into the deep blue water of a lake, with a small white powerboat moored at a dock in the distance. Dry, forested mountains rise on the far side beneath a clear blue sky.
A wide panoramic view across the deep blue waters of Lake Chelan, ringed by dry, forested brown hills and mountains under a clear blue summer sky, with wooded shorelines and a dock or breakwater visible at the edges.
